Sleep is the most important part of the day. With a consistently good night’s sleep you are more likely to have the physical, mental and emotional resilience to deal with the stresses we face in our modern world.
It also boosts your immune system, improves your weight, your hormone balance, ability to think clearly … in fact it improves every health measure and the likelihood of overcoming many diseases

How Does A Sleep Appliance Work?
An oral appliance fits over your teeth like an orthodontic retainer while you sleep and supports your jaw in a forward position to keep your airway open. A custom-fit oral appliance can improve your sleep, restore your alertness, and revitalize your health.
If you and your doctor decide that oral appliance therapy is the best treatment option for you, your doctor will write a prescription and refer you to Dr. Krishan and Dr. Limosnero who can make a custom-fit oral appliance. Dr. Krishan and Dr. Limosnero will provide ongoing treatment to make sure your appliance remains comfortable and effective.
As an OSA patient, you may be facing a lifetime of nightly CPAP or oral appliance
